Volunteers are vital to the Humboldt County Library. On a daily basis, volunteers assist patrons in the Humboldt room, shelve books, assist with children’s programs, prepare materials for book sales, staff the Serendipity Bookstore and help with a variety of special projects. The library currently enjoys the help of over 170 volunteer system-wide. To volunteer at the library, pick up an application at one of the public service desks, or print out the application from here.
